Aftercare
Healing Process
Leave the plastic wrap on your tattoo for a maximum of three hours.
Wash your hands and remove the plastic wrap from your tattoo. Wash your tattoo with warm water and unscented antibacterial soap.
Pat your tattoo dry with a clean paper towel.
Apply a thin layer of ointment or lotion to your tattoo.
Second Skin
Leave the second skin on for 2-3 days
If you notice any redness or itchyness in the area please remove immediately
If you notice water underneath the second skin please remove immediately
Once the second skin is removed start washing and moisturizing your tattoo following the instruction above until tattoo is fully healed.
Wash and moisturize your tattoo 2-3 times a day until your tattoo is fully healed. Your new tattoo will peel and scab this is a normal part of the healing process. Do not pick at or scratch your tattoo while this is happening.
Your tattoo should be fully healed around two weeks however, depending on certain circumstances it might take longer to heal. If you have any questions feel free to reach out through email.
Additional Information
Don’t swim or bathe with a new tattoo.
Don’t rub, scratch, or pick at a new tattoo.
Avoid working out with a fresh tattoo.
Keep your tattoo out of direct sunlight while healing.
